This Audio Learning Package has been specifically created to cater for the needs of the Probationary Constable during their initial Foundation Course. ( England and Wales only ). The package is also suitable for Special Constables or those applying to the Police and wishing to start learning the legislation you will need to know.

It contains most of the lessons, on most of the legislation needed to be successful in your studies, putting extra emphasis on those subjects that are known to cause confusion.

Latest Updates (2007 Version)

As part of our continued commitment to our customers, please note the following recent changes to your study pack.

The main changes relate to Arrest powers that have created sweeping changes to most lessons in this product.

Disc 1 “ Arrestable Offences” has been completely replaced by a new lesson “Powers of Arrest. This change affects most existing offences.

Lessons “ 26 PACE Powers” and “Sec 25 PACE” have now been removed.

Sec 1 PACE, Now includes searching for fireworks.

The new power of arrest provided by Sec 24 of PACE replaces many existing powers of arrest, and as a result all 9 discs have now been updated.

Each subject is explained using easy to follow language and scenario based examples to ensure your understanding.......
