I was given a police caution for something i said to someone. in my view justified. i admitted saying it but in the circumstances anyone else would have said the same thing to this man who had 16 ago raped my daughter, which had resulted in an illegitimate son. he evaded paying any sort of maintenance all this time although he has plenty of money. i just lost my temper with him . the CSA wre are absolutly useless in being able to anything about him evading payments. he even had a £3000 pund outstanding payment that should have been made to us managed to get them to wipe it off without the CSA informing us off thatthat fact. and yet it was me who had now been cautioned . seems that justice in the Uk had flown out of the window.
