Surefire torches are some of the best in the world. They are compact, powerful, durable, efficient and reliable and Surefire have engineered these torches for maximum performance. They yield optimal beams, that is, brilliant beams with no hot spots, rings or shadows. Surefire combine superior materials, technology and design to deliver the best torches possible for extreme conditions and environmental situations. These are the main reasons why personnel whose lives depend on a reliable source of light use these torches.

We supply a wide range of Surefire torches and upgrades that will suit all police requirements. Examples of these include the 6P, the 6P Defender and the G2. We will now discuss these in turn.

The Surefire P6 LED is palm sized and has a high intensity beam for general use, tactical use and self defence. It offers a brilliant, focused beam with four times as much light as a 2 D cell torch. It’s so bright, it can temporarily disorientate and blind someone by undermining their night vision. It’s perfect for everyday use as it’s compact and it has a high output. Features include an aerospace grade aluminium body, an O-ring seal which makes it weatherproof, a tempered Pyrex window, an adaptable tailcap switch, which can be pressed momentarily or twisted to switch the torch on and this is together with a switch lock that stops accidental activation. Specification: Max output 65 Lumens, 60 minutes run time, 5.50 inches length, 2 123A Lithium batteries.

The Surefire 6P Defender torch is similar to the 6P, although it has a crenellated Strike Bezel for self defence purposes and a click on/off tailcap.

The Surefire G2 LED torch again, is similar to the 6P, but made from a hardwearing nitrolon polymer body. The body is extremely tough and however much you wear and scuff it, it won’t dent and will remain black. This makes it ideal for mounting onto weapons.

One Surefire upgrade that can be made on the above torches is to the 120 lumen lamp. This will give your torch an ultra intense beam. The battery life for this upgrade is 20 minutes.

Other Surefire torch upgrades include the Surefire LED upgrade, which are lamp assemblies that give increased brightness as well as significantly increasing battery life and so will save a lot of money. This will convert a 6P and G2 into an LED torch.
